Statement of Work:
Request for service to upgrade and refit the Heating Ventilating
Air Conditioning System serving a ISO 14644 Class 7 Clean Room
Bay 2 at the Canadian Space Agency's David Florida Laboratory,
3701 Carling Avenue, Ottawa, Ontario, in accordance with these
Tender Documents and complete in every respect for a fully
operational system (humidifier, controls, fire alarm connection,
programming, commissioning, ductwork, piping etc.
The demolition and removal of the existing AHU and ductwork
currently serving the ISO 14644 Class 7 Clean Room Bay 2 along
with the related temporary removal, and reinstatement of
architectural work, and the support of mechanical and electrical
conduits and piping.
Installation of new mechanical and electrical infrastructure
and pre-purchased equipment as detailed on drawings and
specifications.
There will be an optional site visit on February 20, 2013 at
01:00 P.M. Interested bidders are to meet at the Canadian
Space Agency's - David Florida Laboratory, 3701 Carling Avenue,
Ottawa, Ontario. The person responsible for the site visit is
Mr. Magdi Farid.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
