PROJECT IDENTIFICATION: Project number R.052662.002 - 412
Squadron Office Upgrades - Ottawa Airport, 200 Comet Private,
Ottawa, Ontario K1V 9B2.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of the renovation of
existing Office facilities for Squadron 412. The facilities
used by the Squadron are located in two trailers which are
stacked one on top of the other. The Architectural work
involves some limited movement of wall together with an interior
makeover which includes new flooring, new ceiling tiles and
complete repaint. New windows are also be added. At the same
time the present entrance vestibule and access stair will be
refurbished with new wall and floor finishes. Mechanically and
Electrically, the work consists of the changes additions
necessary to accompany the Architecture improvements.

Work is to be completed within eleven (11) weeks after contract
award. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the
following category: $250,001 - $500,000.

MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At
bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated
Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this
requirement will render the Bid non-compliant and no further
consideration will be given to the Bid.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT:
There will be a site visit on November 1, 2012 at 10:00 a.m.

Ottawa, Ontario K1B 9B2.
