Building Envelope Remediation - Phase 2

Location:
Gulf of Georgia Cannery, Richmond, BC

Work Description:
Work under this contract comprises partial building envelope
repair of the Gulf of Georgia Cannery, located at 12138 Fourth
Avenue, Richmond, BC.

Work to be performed under this Contract includes:
1) Repainting Old Cannery Building, Vitamin Oil Shed, Dryer Shed
& Dryer Addition, Open Air Storage Shed, Ice House, and roof
ventilators;
2) Repainting of wood windows;
3) Dryer Addition & Evaporator roof renewal;
4) Replacement of deteriorated plank flooring in the Vitamin Oil
Shed;
5) Structural repairs to wood elements; and
6) Localized Repairs at Cedar Shingle Roofs.

Site Visit:
A site visit has been scheduled for 12 May 2015 at 10:00 am.
Interested bidders are to meet at the entrance of the Gulf of
Georgia Cannery, 12138 Fourth Avenue, Richmond, B.C.

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within
twenty-two [22] weeks from the date of notification of
acceptance of the offer.

To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between
$1,000,000 and $1,100,000.
