Royal Canadian Mounted Police have a requirement for the cell retrofit and associated upgrades at the Bridgetown RCMP Detachment in Bridgetown Nova Scotia. In general, the scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Replace overhead doors with new exterior doors and hardware. Replace and install new viewing ports and miscellaneous hardware in multiple interior doors. Refinish/replace floors, walls, and ceilings in multiple rooms. Remove and install new casework/benches in two rooms.
- Install new exhaust fan and associated ductwork with required controls. Replace and existing supply diffuser with a new one and adjust duct connection. Remove some existing plumbing and install a new hose bib. Refinish multiple ceiling/wall/floor mounted accessories.
- Install new fire alarm devices, light fixtures, data/voice outlets, security alarm devices, and receptacles. Provide power to overhead doors and mechanical equipment. Removal and reinstallation of cameras, data/voice outlets, microphones, baseboard heaters, lighting fixtures, smoke detectors and receptacles.
