Optional Site Visit:
There will be an optional site visit on October 21, 2014 at
10:30 A.M. Interested bidders are to meet at the J.D.
Higenbotham building, 704 - 4th Ave S, Lethbridge, Alberta.

Public Works and Government Services Canada requires a
contractor to demolish and construct office space in the crown
owned J.D. Higinbotham building, in Lethbridge, Alberta. This is
to satisfy Correctional Services Canada (CSC) requirement for a
parole office accommodation by May 1, 2015 to address the end of
an existing lease. This office will accommodate 5 employees with
offices, workstations, special purpose and support space as
described in the attached specifications and drawings.
Contract Completion: 18 weeks from date of Contract Award

Drawing and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers
should note that Attachment 1 (ATT1) contains the Drawing and
Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files
organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
