Full description

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) require the provision of general construction and renovation services for an existing building located in Regina, Saskatchewan, identified as TBU 27 Renovation.
1. Renovation of Main Floor
1.1 Remove walls, ceiling and flooring in areas shown
1.2 Install two new offices
1.3 Insall new ductwork, diffusers and control system throughout main floor
1.4 Install a new roof top unit room 126 on main floor roof top to have steel support stand.
1.5 Install new walls, ceilings and light fixtures as shown
1.6 Install new control valves for existing perimeter radiation
2. Renovation of Second Floor
2.1 Install new ceilings throughout main floor
2.2 Install new ductwork, diffusers and control system throughout main floor
2.3 Install new roof top units feeding main and second floor in existing position

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase competition: the first phase will pre-qualify bidders based on mandatory requirements as per the attached Request for Qualifications; second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified bidders to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The list of pre-qualified bidders resulting from Phase One will be valid for a period of 60 days upon notification of meeting the mandatory requirements or upon award of contract in Phase Two whichever comes first.
