Requesting a Standing Offer for on-site repair and maintenance
services for automatic washers, dryers and refrigerators at
Dorchester Penitentiary, Shepody Healing Centre and Westmorland
Institution in Dorchester, New Brunswick, on an "as and when
requested" basis as per the attached Statement of Work. The
period of the Standing Offer is from date of award to May 31,
2014, with four additional one-year periods to renew.
The contractor shall provide all labour, tools, equipment, parts
and travel costs necessary to provide the required service.
Service must be provided within 24 hours of receipt of a call-up
during regular institutional business hours (Monday to Friday).
The contractor shall be equipped to receive problem calls via
telephone, telephone answering machine, beeper, cell phone or
other communication devices and shall respond within one hour
with Dorchester Penitentiary to arrange a time to come in to
perform the repair and maintenance services.
The contractor shall provide proof of training for major
appliance repairs, domestic refrigeration and gas certificates.
This PWGSC office provides procurement service to the public in
both official languages.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
