Work Description:
Work under this standing offer covers the supply of all labour, materials, tools and supervision for the provision of: Window repairs and or replacement, Glazing, Security glazing and/or Lexan, and Repairs or replacement of Commercial Doors and Window Curtain Walls on an as and when requested basis for Dept. Of National Defence, Real Properties Operation Unit (Pacific), CFB Esquimalt, Victoria, BC.
Period of Standing Offer: 3 years commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer, plus 2 option years.
It is anticipated that 1 standing offer will be issued. The total expenditure of the standing offer is $300,000.00 (Taxes included).
THIS STANDING OFFER CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance (FSC) atthe level of SECRET issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET or RELIABILITY STATUS, as required, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.
3. Subcontracts, which contain security requirements, are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
4. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
a) Security Requirements Check List and Security Guide (if applicable), attached at Annex A;
b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
