The Repair of the Public Market Patio and Structure in Granville Island, British Columbia
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) requires a qualified proponent to provide the following services on Granville Island, BC:
- Remove existing decking and substructure
- Clearing of riprap
- Construction of a concrete and timber structure
- Construction of an illuminated steel canopy frame and cover
- Re-grading of pavers
The value of this service is not expected to exceed $136,000.00 CND, including all applicable taxes, for term of the agreement.
Your tender must be received at the exact location specified in the document on or before the submission deadline set as:
2:00 p.m. EDT, local Ottawa time, on July 5, 2013
It is mandatory that the tenderer visit the site and examine the scope of the work required and the existing conditions. The site visit will be held on June 20, 2013 at 10:00 AM PDT.
