The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the
periodic maintenance and repair of a broad fleet of diverse
commercial (non-military) vehicles. This Statement of Work (SOW)
defines the scope and requirements that apply to the work to be
performed in support of a variant of utility trailer(s), low
bed, flat deck, drop deck, van type trailers, and heavy
equipment haulers. Support includes but is not limited to the
provision of repair parts, vehicle inspections, services and
repair to all mechanical, electrical and body and any warranty
support as applicable.
The objective is to award a Standing Offer for the service and
repair by a service provider (Contractor) for the provision of
warranty, preventative maintenance and service, corrective
maintenance and repair.
The contractor must provide all services, labour, material and
parts as specified in Appendix 1 to Annex A: Minimum Mandatory
Specifications in support of CFB Suffield's fleet and ensure
ongoing functional operation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
