To Supply all labor, material, equipment, tools, transportation
and supervision necessary to repair and replace various floor
finishes for the Department of National Defence (DND) Winnipeg,
Manitoba as required and as detailed in the Statement of Work.
The period of the Standing Offer (SOA) will be from date of
issuance (approximately October 1, 2014) to September 30, 2016
with the option to extend for an additional one (1) year period.

Offerors must submit a list of names , or other related
information as needed, pursuant to section
01 of Standard Instructions 2006 and 2007.
For services requirements, Offerors in receipt of a pension or a
lump sum payment must provide the required information as
detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the Request for Standing
Offers (RFSO).
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade
Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the
North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement
on Internal Trade.
