The Department of National Defence (DND), CFB Gagetown,
Oromocto, New Brunswick has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO). The work
covered under this Standing Offer Agreement comprises the
furnishing of all labour, materials, tools and equipment
required torepair the various roofs at CFB Gagetown Base,
Oromocto, New Brunswick when requested. All work is to be
performed in accordance with the specification for DND Job No.
L-G2-9900-1588 forming part of the bid document.
The period of the of the Standing Offer will be from date of
award to March 31, 2014. A standing offer is an agreement and
not a contract. Offerors should note that there is no guarantee
that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be
called-up.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following
cost category: $100,001.00 - $500,000.00 HST included. Bid
security is not a requirement for this tender.
After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may request a
debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.
Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority
within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their
offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
writing, by telephone or in person.

Enquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no
less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to
allow sufficient time to respond.
Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain

Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained
from other sources do so at their own risk and will be solely
responsible to inform the tender calling authority of their
