Concrete Repair Standing Offer, Public Works and Government
Services, Esquimalt Graving Dock, Victoria, BC
Work Description:
Work under this standing offer includes the supply and
mobilization of all labour, equipment, plant and materials to
refurbish existing concrete in the Esquimalt Graving Dock
located at 825 Admirals Road, Victoria, BC as and when requested
during the period specified herein.
Work includes but is not limited to:
Type 1 - cast in place concrete repair
Type 2 - concrete repair: under pipeway, shocrete; lower
pipeway, shotcrete
Type 3 - concrete repair not otherwise specified: shotcrete
Type 4 - vertical wall: shotcrete repair
Period of Standing Offer: From start date identified on the
standing offer to 31 October, 2015.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: New measures related to Code of Conduct and
certifications included in the solicitation documents requires
attention.
It is anticipated that 1 standing offer will be issued. The
total expenditure of the standing offer is $840,000.00 (GST/HST
included).

Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

Firm intending to submit proposals for this project should
