Complete repairing and replacing the windows of the exterior of the Windmill / Lighthouse including the isolated masonry repair around the windows, as detailed on the drawings and in the specifications outlined in the tender documents. Site is located on Windmill Road off Highway #2 East, just East of Prescott Ontario.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT: A site visit will be held on Tuesday June 25th 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at the Battle of the Windmill National Historic Site located on Windmill Road off Highway #2 East, just East of Prescott Ontario (follow signs located on Highway #2).
The estimate for this project is between $60,000 and $160,000.
Schedule: the contractor must complete this project before December 6th 2013.
