This request for Standing Offer comprises the
furnishing of all labour, material, tools, equipment,
transportation, and supervision required to perform emergency
and normal repairs to the water distribution systems, sanitary
and storm sewer systems, and the installation and repairs to
drainage systems, including the excavation and backfilling at
various locations of CFB Halifax.
Work includes but will not be limited to the following:
Conduct repairs and installs to the following systems:
- water distribution systems;
- sanitary and storm sewer systems;
- drainage systems including:
french drainage;
manholes; and
.foundation drainage.
- Conduct excavation, trenching and backfilling works.
- After repairs, installation and backfilling, restore surface
to original condition as directed by Engineer.
- Conduct sewer system video inspection.
- Conduct watermain sounding.
- Provide an emergency repair service available on a
twenty-four (24) hour, seven (7) day per week basis.
The Standing Offer is for a period of one year (December 1, 2017 t November 30, 2018) with two option years.
There is a security requirement associated with this Request for Standing Offer. Please refer the information in the solicitation.
