Title: ENERGY MANAGEMENT CONTROL SYSTEMS REPAIRS.
Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of
the Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement that
comprises the furnishing of all labour, material, tools,
equipment, and supervision required for the inspection, testing,
repairs, additions, replacements, modifications, and service of
existing Energy Management Control Systems(EMCS) equipment and
devices, at CE DET Debert, Truro, Great Village, New Glasgow,
Pictou, Springhill and Amherst NS. on an 'as and when' requested
basis in accordance with specification Job No. W010C-13-C110
dated 2013-01-08 attached as Appendix "A".
The period for placing call-ups and rendering services against
the RISO shall be for one (1) year from award of the Standing
Offer with an additional two (2) 12 month option periods to
extend.

of a contractural nature are to be submitted to the Contracting

(902) 496-5016. Inquiries are to be made in writing and should
be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the
closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
This PWGSC Office provides procurement services in English.
This requirement is subject to the North America Free Trade
Agreement (NAFTA).
Mandatory documentation required for eligible bids:
1. Proof of Independent Safety Audit.
2. Confirmation of Workers Compensation Coverage.
3. Confirmation from Vendor that these will be maintained for
the life of the Standing Offer Agreement.
