TITLE
Repair of the damaged breakwater in Port Maitland, Ontario.
DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT:
The purpose of this project is to repair the damaged breakwater in Port Maitland, On. The project site described is located in the Port Maitland Harbour (42°51’14.8”N 79°34’40.5”W) in Port Maitland, Ontario, on the North shore of Lake Erie.
The Work includes, but is not limited to:
- Salvage and regrading of existing displaced core and armour stone
- Supply, delivery, and placement of new armour stone to restore the breakwater profile
- Placement of materials to specified lines, grades, and dimensions
- Provision of all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the Work
It is anticipated the contractor can perform and complete the work in approximately 3-4 weeks beginning no earlier than September 7th 2026. All work must be completed by December 31st, 2026.
All work shall be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents.
