Repair and Upgrade Building 90, Atlantic Institution, Renous, Northumberland Co., N.B.
Public Works and GovernmentServices Canada has requirement for general interior & exterior building upgrade renovation including: wall, ceiling & floor repairs, door and window replacement, washroom upgrade, all structural, mechanical and electrical work associated with renovations at Building 90 at the Atlantic Institution, Renous, Northumberland County, New Brunswick. All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for PWGSC Project Number R.061891.001 forming part of the bid document. The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within twelve (12) weeks of award.
There will be a site visit on July 13, 2016 at 10:30 hours. Interested bidders are to meet at the principal entrance, Atlantic Institution, 13175 Route 8, Renous, New Brunswick.
There is a security clearance required to attend this site visit. ALL interested bidders, regardless of current clearance level, must submit the Institutional Access CPIC Clearance request form located in Annex C of this solicitation document. With the CPIC, bidders must also provide a copy of an official form of photo identification such as a driver’s license or passport. These must submitted to Gisele Doucet by fax at (506) 636-4376 or e-mail g••••••••@••••••••.••.ca by 16:00 hours, July 5th, 2016. No cameras will be allowed on the site.
New measures related to Code of Conductand certifications included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following category: $250,001- $500,000 (HST included). Standard bid and contract security for construction isrequired.
