The Deparment of National Defence has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul (R&O) of ESPAR Heaters to carry out all necessary processes required to return the items to a fully serviceable condition. These processes include the disassembly of each unit and cleaning inspection, repair, overhaul, calibration, testing and packaging. Note that all testing shall be performed with Diesel Fuel.
The work under this requirement will be carried out for a three (3) years period from the effective date of contract, with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.
The work under this requirement will be completed on an ‘’ as and when requested basis’’ using DND 626 Task Authorization Form.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
