Request for Proposal for Professional Engineering Services for the Newtonbrook Creek Phase 1 Implementation of the Protection of Sanitary Sewer Crossings, Storm Sewer Infrastructure, and the Ravine System The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to hire Suppliers to undertake detailed design including tendering support, contract administration, and post construction monitoring services for the first phase of implementing the high priority projects identified in the Newtonbrook Creek Geomorphic Systems Master Plan (NCGSMP) Study addressing Toronto Water at-risk infrastructure and extensive channel bed erosion The base scope of this assignment includes the following main components: • Field Surveys, Data Collection, and Investigations • Detailed Design and Tendering Services for the base-scope projects • Contract Administration and Site Inspection Services for the base scope projects • Post Construction and Monitoring Services
