If you are already qualified in a respective stream, you are still required to complete and submit new Appendix F – SUPPLIER ELIGIBILITY ATTESTATION FORM.
You do not need to resubmit offers for streams you have already been awarded a Supply Arrangement (SA). If you intend on capturing additional Streams, you are welcome to submit offers for those streams.
This Refresh to Request for Supply Arrangement (“RFSA”) is an invitation by Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (“CMHC”) to prospective proponents to qualify for eligibility to provide Business Consulting and Professional Services across seven streams as further described in Appendix C of the RFSA (link above).
