To establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) with a
supplier on behalf of Environment Canada, Meteorological
Services of Canada, located at Downsview, Ontario. This RISO is
for the supply, manufacture and delivery of Hydrogen Gas Storage
Tank Systems, and associated parts, built in accordance with the
"build-to-print" drawing packages in Annex "A" Requirement on an
"as and when requested" basis.
The business volume is for a firm requirement of four (4) tank
systems per year for the initial standing offer period, with
optional quantities up to a maximum of ten (10) tank systems per
year for the initial standing offer period and the two option
periods, while not exceeding twenty (20) tank systems over the
entire standing offer period.
It is the intent to issue one standing offer as a result of this
solicitation.
All deliverables must be delivered within 16 weeks after receipt
of call-up against the Standing Offer.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation
and meet all mandatory requirements to be declared responsive.
Bidders are strongly encouraged to review Annex "E" - Mandatory
Technical Criteria and Annex "F" - Financial Evaluation.
The Basis of Selection will be based on the lowest-priced
responsive bid.
