Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) has a requirement to
provide daily meals (Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner) to detainees
(maximum 24) at the Vancouver International Airport Immigration
Holding Centre at the Vancouver International Airport, Richmond,
B.C. The requirement is for a three year period from October 1,
2012 to September 30, 2015 with 2 one year options.
