Full description

The project is located at Point Pelee National Park in Leamington, Ontario. The project involves retrofitting an existing theatre at the Point Pelee National Park Visitor Centre into a new multi-use space that includes an 80-seat theatre and an adjacent multi-purpose room. The spaces will be separated by a retractable wall that can be opened and closed depending on the use of space. All mechanical and electrical systems will be upgraded in this area of the building. The roof will be replaced over the theatre and HVAC systems installed on the roof. New exterior windows and doors will be installed.
