Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC), is seeking tenders for the replacement of the existing main natural gas lines and valves inside an exterior below-grade vault and the valve tree inside the Central Heating Plant gas room, as well as associated (e.g. concrete) work, located at the Correctional Service Canada - Drumheller Institution in Drumheller, Alberta.
There will be a site visit on May 14, 2021 at 11:00 AM MDT. Interested bidders are to meet at Drumheller Institution located at Highway 9, Drumheller, AB. Offerors are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority three (3) days before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Value of Project: To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated between $100,001 > $ 250,000
Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers should note that attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure.
