This requirement is open only to those invited Heavy Civil
Supply Arrangement E0225-141687 Holders who qualified under the
specialty service Structural Engineering in the geographic
region of Nova Scotia. The following SA holders have been
invited to submit a proposal:

Description of the requirement:

Title: Highway 431 Resurfacing - Gros Morne National Park,
Newfoundland and Labrador

Scope:

The purpose of the project is to produce design and tender
documents for pavement rehabilitation for 14km of Highway 431 in
Gros Morne National Park. The segment of highway under this
design with start at Lomond boundary and extends to Glenburnie
boundary.

Construction is expected in the summer of 2015.

NOTE: The Heavy Civil Supply Arrangement is subject to an
