PROJECT IDENTIFICATION:
EP784-230017/A - Justice Building - Kent Street Stair Demolition and Reinstatement
249 Wellington St, Ottawa, Ontario
Project description: To demolition and reinstate the Kent Street stairs.
Work is to be completed within 35 Weeks after contract award.
MANDATORY SECURITY REQUIREMENT:
1. The Contractor personnel requiring access to secure site(s) must, at all times during the performance of the Contract, EACH hold a valid SITE ACCESS Clearance, granted or approved by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services (PWGSC).
2. The Contractor must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex A.
OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on 04/08/2022 at 11:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the main entrance of 249 Wellington St.
Interested bidders must email the Contracting Authority by 03/08/2022 at 11:00AM EST.

Amendments, when issued, will be available from the same government electronic tendering service.
