For the provision of all material, transportation, equipment,
labour, tools and supervision necessary for the repair,
replacement or new installation of carpeting and sheet or vinyl
tile flooring and associated materials on behalf of the
Department of National Defence (DND), Canadian Forces Base
(CFB), Shilo, Manitoba, and Brandon Armouries, Brandon, Manitoba
on an "as and when required" basis in accordance to the
Statement of Work attached at Annex A herein.
The period of the Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) is from Date of
issuance to 30 June 2013 with Canada retaining an irrevocable
option to extend the SOA for an additional two (2) consecutive
one (1) year periods. Work shall be completed in accordance with
the Statement of Work and terms and conditions specified herein.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North
American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
