Work under this Standing Offer Agreement includes the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide flooring services to buildings and structures at 4 Wing Cold Lake and Primrose Lake Evaluation Range (located 40 kilometers north of Cold Lake with an area of approximately 180 x 65 km that straddles the Alberta and Saskatchewan border) as outlined in the Department of National Defence Statement of Work and in accordance with the terms and conditions stated herein. Services are to be provided on an "as required" basis.
It is anticipated that up to 2 (two) firms will be issued a standing offer.
The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.
