Full description

The Research Grants and Scholarships Directorate (RGS) Division of NSERC requires the services of a Human Resources professional to assist in the renewal of its organizational design and to revise or develop up to 12 job profiles.
The objective of the work is to analyse the RGS business and major areas of accountability and activity in order to propose modifications for an optimal organizational structure that will allow RGS to deliver its program over the long term, while recognizing the degree of change anticipated during the next three years.
