Description of the requirement:
Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada has a requirement to conduct an environmental scan and gap analysis to assess the continued relevance of the 2008 vision statement (and associated business plan) for the Canadian Common CV (CCV) program; to obtain a solid understanding of the business and service offering needs of key stakeholders; and to provide a refreshed CCV Strategy, which will include a vision of what the CCV is and is not.
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract award to October 15, 2014.
