The Rural Municipality of Rosedale No. 283, in partnership with the Town of Hanley, is seeking proposals from qualified planning consultants to develop a Joint Official Community Plan (OCP). The project aims to establish coordinated land-use policies, address future growth and development, and strengthen intermunicipal planning and cooperation.
The scope of work includes reviewing existing planning documents, developing updated policies, conducting public consultation, and preparing a Joint OCP that meets Saskatchewan's legislative requirements.
The municipalities intend to apply for funding through the Targeted Sector Support (TSS) Initiative and are requesting detailed proposals and cost estimates to support the grant application. The project will proceed subject to funding.
