Elections Saskatchewan (ESK) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals and firms to establish a
pre-qualified list of vendors capable of providing training course development services in Articulate for
use in ESK’s online Learning Management System. The resulting vendor list will support the
development and modernization of training required to prepare election officials and other personnel
for Saskatchewan’s 31st General Election, scheduled to take place on October 30, 2028. Pre-qualified
vendors may be invited to respond to Statements of Work for specific projects, which may include
reviewing existing materials, working with subject matter experts, designing accessible and engaging
online learning, developing courses in Articulate Rise or Storyline, and preparing completed modules for
integration into ESK’s Learning Management System.
