NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP)
Description of the Requirement:
The RCMP, Real Property and Management Branch (RPPM), requires real property services on an as and when required basis.
Office space will be provided at the RCMP National Headquarters facility at 73 Leikin Drive, Ottawa, Ontario, and at other locations within the National Capital Area or 100 kilometres of this address. The Contractor will only work in an office at these sites when specific requirements dictate this need. Beyond this the Contractor is expected to work at her/his own premises.
The following are the required resources:
a) Project Leader (Five Resources)
b) Facility Manager (Five Resources)
c) Move Manager (Three Resources)
d) Portfolio Strategist (Two Resources)
e) Leasing Manager (Two Resources)
All resources must have the ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to communicate in French is an asset.
Security Requirement: RCMP Reliability Clearance
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from date of Contract award for a twelve (12) month period. The contract will include two additional one (1) year option period(s).
