PROJECT TITLE: RH Infrastructure and Grounds – Site Services – Life Cycle – Stable Building
Description of the Work
The General Contractor shall supply, install, test and commission the equipment as outlined in the tender documents:
? This project consists of the replacement of the potable water service to the Stable Building at Rideau Hall. The sprinkler and domestic water piping mains inside the building will be modified to suit the new potable water service. Backflow preventers will be installed.
? This project also includes capping a potable water service to the Ice Rink at Rideau Hall and removing the section of pipe located under the road.
A NON MANDATORY site visit will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 10am Ottawa time. The exact meeting place is the gate off of Princess Avenue outside of Rideau Hall, Ottawa, ON. All costs incurred by the Bidder to attend the site visit will be at their expense. The NCC will not reimburse any Bidder for expenses related to the site visit.
