The Noble Construction Arena located at 406 Ellice Street Rocanville Saskatchewan is a pre-engineered steel building that was moved on site and repurposed in 2000. The arena tin roof is at the end of life and needs replacement. The roofing panels were lifted to inspect the condition of the insulation and vapour barrier. At which time the roofing tin and insulation was deemed not salvageable. In addition, there were no signs of vapour barrier being installed. Previously external roof repairs were made with a topcoat of spray foam and urethane coating.
This project is broken down into 2 phases. Phase 1 is the Arena roof and priority, phase 2 is the lobby roof and will be completed when funding available but not guaranteed.
Phase 1: Demolition. Removal of existing roof tin (including the two sections that have been spray foamed) 26,000sqft + 5,000sqft. Removal of fiberglass insulation. Removal of existing eavestrough and down spouts.
