Canadian Coast Guard - Newfoundland & Labrador and Maritimes
Region (CCG) requires the establishment of a Standing Offer
Agreement (SOA) to provide services to carry out technical
requirements for a marine Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), testing
in support of ship surveys and maintaining Quality Assurance
requirements for vessel deck, machinery and structure conditions.
