For the provisions of Custom Brokerage Services on behalf of
various Government Departments and Agencies in the Pacific and
Yukon Region on an "as and when requested" basis. The period of
the agreement will be from July 1, 2012 to June 30, 2014 (2
years). Call-ups will not be made for services to be rendered
beyond the end date of the agreement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
