The Department of National Defence has a requirement for Repair and Overhaul services and a Field Service Representative for aircraft de-icer vehicles in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work dated April 1, 2015. DND currently has a fleet across the major Air Force Wings across Canada including Comox, Cold Lake, Winnipeg, Borden, Greenwood, and CFS Alert.
The work under this requirement will be carried out for a period of three (3) years from the effective date of the contract with an option to extend the contract for two (2) additional periods of one (1) year.

The requirementis subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AI
T).
Debriefings
Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation
process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid so
licitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
