NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
Title: KIN-2-38015 (W0125-13Q677/A) Pneumatic Roller
This procurement is subject to the Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.
This notice is to inform the Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement
(CLCA) - Nunavut Land Claims Group that a solicitation has been
posted for the following requirement;
Requirement:
The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Station
(CFS) Alert requires a rental of two (2) pneumatic pull-type
rollers to be delivered to Canadian Forces Base (CFB) Trenton.
Period of the Contract
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to 44
weeks thereafter.
Evaluation/Basis of Selection
All bids must be completed in full and provide all of the
information requested in the bid solicitation to enable full and
complete evaluation. The responsive bid with the lowest
evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Communications From Bidders
Bidders are requested to provide any questions, concerns and
required information, concerning the Request for Proposal (RFP),
by facsimile, mail or e-mail, if they so desire by no later than
2:00 p.m. June 28, 2012. Please send any questions in writing to
the undersigned.
