Meetings with industry associations Canadian Research Insights Council (CRIC), and Marketing Research and Intelligence Association (MRIA), occurred on 28 Jan 2020 and 10 Feb 2020, respectively.
The meeting agenda was as follows:
Industry Discussion on Upcoming Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for Public Opinion Research
1) Discussion about Standards (accessibility requirements, security, use of cloud technology)
2) Discussion about procurement, social procurement, green procurement, aboriginal set-aside

NEXT STEPS:
The expected next step is to publish an RFI including a draft RFSO for industry feedback.
