This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 2 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):
Core Resources:

One (1) Level 3 Programmer/Software Developer
One (1) Level 3 Business Analyst
One (1) Level 3 Information Technology Security TRA/C&A Analyst
Non-Core Resources:
One (2) Level 2 Programmer/Software Developer
One (2) Level 3 Business Analyst

Description of Work:
The Radars and Communication Systems (R&CS) Branch at the Department of National Defence (DND) requires the services to aid in the development and support of software-based systems, including applications and microservices on an “as and when required” basis.
- Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
- The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #01 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret Level Clearance
