Nature of Requirements:
Sand, Gravel and Limestone
The Department of National Defence, Canadian Forces Base (CFB)
Borden, Borden, Ontario has a requirement for the establishment
of a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply
and delivery of sand, gravel, limestone and blue clay on an "as
and when requested" basis, in accordance with the Requirement at
Annex A of the Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) document.
Delivery will be to various sites at CFB Borden. Delivery is
required within two (2) calendar days from receipt of a call-up
against the standing offer.
The period of the Standing Offer will be for one (1) year from
date of Standing Offer (estimated to be 1 July 2013 to 30 June
2014), with the right to request an extension for an additional
one (1) year under the same terms and conditions.

regarding this requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.
