Requirement:
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for a firm
quantity of 300 Equipment bags. It is requested that the firm
quantity be delivered complete by April 16, 2012. In addition,
this requirement also includes an option to purchase additional
quantities. A minimum of 150 units up to a maximum of 300
units. The option can be exercised up to 12 months after
contract award date.

All items are to be delivered to Richmond Ontario .

Technical Requirements:
The Equipment bags must be manufactured in accordance with the
Statement of Work at annex B of the RFP .

DND Specification:
The DND Statement of Work will automatically be issued to
bidders who will order the bid document from Merx. Therefore,
it is imperative that this request for bid documentation be done
as soon as possible to ensure timely receipt of the associated
documents. Notwithstanding, the Crown shall not be held
responsible for untimely release of any documents.

Canadian Content Policy:
This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.

Enquiries
To ensure a response before the bid closing date, all enquiries
about this requirement must be submitted in writing and received
by the Contracting Authority at least 7 calendar days prior to
the bid closing date.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
