REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)
TITLE: Remote Deposit Capture
Public Works and Governement Services Canada on behalf of the Receiver General intends to establish a contract with a Canadian Direct Clearer for Remote Deposit Capture services for physical cheques received at departmental offices. Departments willing to use the service will have to acquire desktop cheque scanners and the Contractor will be required to provide an online banking solution that allows cheque images to be deposited and reviewed by authorized departmental users.
The contract will be from date of contact to 3 years later with the option to extend the contract by 2 additional one-year periods.
