DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
Public Safety Canada has a requirement for meeting space and food & beverage for a large scale meeting. A date and location have not yet been confirmed; however, it is anticipated that the meeting will take place in one of the following locations: Montreal, Ottawa, Quebec City, or Toronto during one of the following periods:
March 7 – 9, 2017
March 14 – 16, 2017
March 21 – 23, 2017
March 28 – 30, 2017
April 4 – 6, 2017PERIOD OF WORK
The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to _____ inclusive (will depend the week to be chosen).
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
The Bidder with the lowest evaluated price for the location and the date chosen will be recommended for contract award.
