The Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for the establishment of a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and off-loading of assorted pre-packaged, prepared sandwiches on an "as required" basis for Edmonton Garrison and Wainwright Garrison as outlined in Annex A in the RFSO. All Sandwiches must be prepared utilizing Modified Atmosphere Packaging (MAP) technology.
The Standing Offer is requested for a period of two (2) years from the date of offer issuance.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The requirement is limited to Canadian goods and/or services.
This RFSO allows offerors to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Offerors must refer to Part 2 of the RFSO entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFSO entitled Offer Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
