TASK-BASED INFORMATICS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TBIPS) REQUIREMENT
The Enterprise Resource Planning-Systems, Applications, and
Products in Data Processing (ERP-SAP) Project is one of a suite
of major projects within the overall scope of the Enabling
Services Renewal Program (ESRP) by Human Resources and Skills
Development Canada (HRSDC). The ERP-SAP project requires
resources on an as-and-when-required basis, with the intention
of awarding up to 2 contracts through the TBIPS vehicle, in
order to supply these resources.

Eligibility to bid
This requirement is open to bidders who are:

A) Valid Supply Arrangement (SA) Holders pursuant to the Request
for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) Solicitation No. EN578-055605/D,
and

B) Tier 2 suppliers qualified for the following resource
categories:

i) A.1 Application/Software Architect (Level 3);
ii) A.3 ERP Programmer Analyst (Level 2 & 3);
iii) A.4 ERP System Analyst (Level 3);
iv) A.5 ERP Technical Analyst (Level 2 & 3); and
v) P.9 Project Manager (Level 3).

This solicitation will result in the awarding of multiple
contracts.

This solicitation will only be made available through MERX and
