Clients will start returning to the workplace on March 28th. SIS is looking for resources to provide clients with in person support through out the NCR such as assisting client with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), Microsoft Teams (One Drive, SharePoint, Teams, etc.), Smartphone activations/troubleshooting, computer hardware (connections to monitor, peripherals, docking stations), network accounts (password resets, initial login, etc.), etc. Global Affairs Cananda (GAC) is seeking junior resources with some basic IT experience/skills and experienced with in person coaching and support, i.e. not over the phone, but assisting clients face to face. The resources will be stationed in various locations within various GAC facilities, in the NCR, assisting clients as required.
