Request for Proposal for the provision of all labour, equipment,
materials, tools, transportation and supervision required for
semi-annual inspections, scheduled and emergency repairs to
Overhead Cranes and Hoists in use at CFB Petawawa, Ontario.
Period of the contract shall be from 01 May 2015 to 30 April
2018 inclusive.
There will be a Mandatory Site visit held at CFB Petawawa to
enable bidders to visit the work site and view the equipment.
Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on
March 31, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. and bidders shall report to the
PWGSC office, Building S-111, Room C-114. Bidders who do not
attend or send a representative will not be given an alternative
appointment and their bid will be rejected as non-compliant.
Bidders shall contact the PWGSC Contracting Authority to confirm
attendance no later than 3 days before the scheduled site visit
date.
